How To Place An Order
There is no minimum spend on your order with us.
The buyer accepts full responsibility for checking the accuracy of their delivery information.
The buyer assumes responsibility for the goods being suitable for the purpose for which they are being purchased.
Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.
You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.
Once your order has been confirmed changes will not be possible
Once your order is complete we will notify you of the dispatch date.
Delivery & Carriage Charges
We aim to deliver goods within 2-3 working days of dispatch
We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order.
You must be at home to accept delivery of your order, which is between 8am and 5pm Monday-Friday.
Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility.
If there is no one to accept the order on the scheduled delivery date the goods may be returned to our store and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge should delivery be attempted but there is no answer, the courier will leave this in a safe and secure location. If you have a specific safe place request, please email our customer service team to pass this onto the courier.
Should you change the delivery address after dispatched, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our courier for redirecting your delivery, if the courier is able to make the change.
Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within one working day of delivery of the items.
The delivery driver is required to deliver the order to the main entrance of the building only due. It is the delivery driver’s discretion if the order is taken past this point. Delivery times and dates provided are as estimates. For more accurate information, please contact the customer service with the tracking information.
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We are not responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
Returns And Refunds
We check the quality of all our products so they are fit for purpose, if you are not happy with something which you have received, please call us or email with photos.
All products are present packaged securely, however on the rare occasions should any items go missing, then please inform us via email within 24 hours of receiving order.
In the unlikely event if one your items appears damaged, then please immediately email us with photographic evidence within 24 hours to resolve this matter swiftly.
If your order is damaged in transit then photograph of the items would be required to process any claims
Candy Rush will provide a refund for items returned, however Candy Rush reserves the right to refuse refund of the returns charges paid
